thousand years or more & trying to cover all of them here

One thing is for sure, the common reason or goal for taking an

interest in this subject.... Self discipline, commitment & control.

Most people think of Martial Arts as self defence or

sport and others like the competition or training side.

Some ladies now even use kickboxing tactics or Taebo

as a super fast way of losing weight & keeping fit.

Whatever you are doing & whatever level you have achieved, the main

thing is to enjoy yourselves and have fun but remember to take care &
