From dance to aerobic workouts or from using your Wii fit to water exercise, its all good.
Get yourself back in shape making sure that you get the right kind of advice before you start.
Once you’ve had a health check up then you can combine diet, sleep and exercise as part of your regime.
* Remember that any form of exercise requires your body to warm up before you begin and make sure that
you have plenty of water to drink so that you don’t de-hydrate.

It’s a great idea to join an aerobics class so that you can join in with everyone else and get the required motivation

Most leisure centres and swimming pools have aerobics classes and aqua aerobics going on ,
so  keep an eye out for them in your local area ... Good luck !
